Using the Weekly Meal Planner to Reach Your Goals
You will hear me say that nutrition and planning are going to be the keys to your success more than once. You might even get sick of me saying it. The truth is NOTHING can change your body like eating healthy. If you are not feed your body with proper nutrition, you will not see the results you are looking for. Plain and simple.

I highly recommend that set aside some time once or twice per week to cook and package your meals ahead of time. I try to do it at least 24 hours in advance. This way their is no excuse to grab something unhealthy. Plus, you will be able to track exactly what is going into your body.
