There is a very good reason Tony Horton is constantly reminding you to write your reps and weight down on your P90X Worksheets – you need to track your weight and reps so you can try to improve on your next workout! Think about it for a minute. If you do the same thing each time, your body will not improve. It has no reason to! For example, if you curl 20 lbs. every time, your body is already strong enough to lift that weight and your muscles have no need to grow. On the other hand, if you see on your P90X worksheets that you lifted 20 lbs. and this time you lift 25’s and struggle to finish the set, your body now has a reason and a need to change!

These worksheets are in printable PDF form so you can print out as many copies as you need. If you are doing multiple rounds of P90X, I highly recommend using your worksheets from your previous round as a guide for your next round. Give your body a reason to change!
