2. Sign in to Beachbody on Demand and navigate to Body Beast in the member library.
3. Click on “Eating Plan” on right side.
4. Once open, right click and save as PDF
That’s it! You are all set to use the 21 Day Fix containers with Body Beast. If you do not wish to continue with Beachbody on Demand, just cancel your membership before your 30 day trial ends. Either way, the new Body Beast nutrition plan is yours to keep.
