Beachbody isn’t just about getting super fit and having ripped abs.  We are about making fitness accessible to everyone.  If you or someone you know hasn’t worked in a long time you may want to start getting back in the game with this free sample workout, “Pay it Forward” DVD from Tony Horton.  This just might be the nudge you or a loved needs to get started on a new path to greater health and fitness.  Tony Horton and Beachbody have changed my life and rather than pay it back, I want to Pay it Forward.  That is what Beachbody is all about.

I am also giving away hard copies of  Tony Horton’s Pay it Forward DVD.

I can only give these DVDs to US residents who are registered members of Team Beachbody and have me listed as their official coach.  If you are not registered yet, you can join for free here.  If you already have a Team Beachbody coach, you can contact them for the Pay it Forward DVD.  I’m sure they will be glad to help.
