Chad’s Gluten-Free Muscle-Fueling Crock-Pot Pizza Casserole

Love pizza but don’t want to destroy your macros?  Try this recipe!

Here are four things about me:

1.) I love pizza

2.) I have to avoid gluten

3.) I need muscle-fueling meals

4.) I HATE COOKING!

This gluten-free crock-pot pizza hits on all of those points and is delicious!

  • 2 Cups Gluten-Free Pasta
  • 1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 28 OZ Can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 4.5 OZ Turkey Pepperoni
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 2 Tsp Oregano
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Pepper
  • 2 Cups Reduced-Fat Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the meat and cook the pasta.

  2. Add meat and pasta to crockpot and stir. Top it off with mozzarella and pepperoni.

  3. Add tomatoes, 1/2 cup water, pepperoni (save some for top), cheese and stir well. Be sure to separate the pepperoni as you add it.

Recipe Notes

Optional ingredients:  onions, garlic and green peppers.  I have trouble with all of those so I leave them out.
