This latest custom P90X schedule is a P90X Plus Insanity Hybrid Workout Schedule.  It combines P90X and P90X+ with Insanity to create a wicked combination of strength-building and fat-shredding workouts.  This schedule was created by Team Beachbody member Shiraz Nelson and he was kind enough to share it with all of us.  He designed it for people who want to move on from P90X but don’t necessarily want to do a full round of Insanity.
