- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 jar of all-natural salsa

Throw some large hunks of chicken flesh (breasts) into your slow-cooker along with a jar of all-natural salsa. I prefer Mrs. Renfro's Mango Habanero or Peach salsa
Turn your slow-cooker/crockpot on LOW and cook for 4-7 hours (depends on how much chicken and the thickness of the breasts), turn it to low for the final hour. Be sure to stir it a few times while it is cooking.
Use slotted spoon to serve or package for later
