22 Minute Hard Corps Workout Calendar

Guiding You To Fitness in Only 22 Minutes a Day

This 22 Minute Hard Corps workout calendar takes the guesswork out of your workout while still giving you enough options to keep the program fresh. The 22 Minute Hard Corps workout calendar is broken down into eight weeks. There is a 9th and final week, Hell Week Challenge Option, for those who want to push themselves to the limit.

22 Minute Hard Corps is a workout program designed by Tony Horton, the creator of P90X, P90X2, P90X3. He has also participated in global outreach to our troops at home and abroad by doing what Tony does best, leading workouts. From that experience and Tony and Beachbody’s unwavering desire to bring you every fitness option possible, comes 22 Minute Hard Corps.

The workouts are broken down into, you guessed it, 22-minute chunks of three rounds each, except the core workouts. The two core workouts are about 10 minutes each and are perfect add-ons to the cardio routines.

The 22 Minute Hard Corps workout calendar breaks each week down into 6 on days with one off/meal prep day. Just because it is an off day doesn’t mean you should lay around the house and eat potato chips. Go for a walk, clean the yard, go swimming. You can be active without trying to exercise. The days alternate between cardio and resistance. Which brings us to a quick overview of the equipment you’ll need.

The workouts aren’t easy, and they are fast paced, but if you love them, you may want more of them. If you’re incredibly fit, have the time, or just want the challenge, try making an entire program out of Hell Week. Think doubles!

The 22 Minute Hard Corps workout calendar guides you to what disc to put in; the disc tells you the moves to do. But you’ll need a few things to maximize your results. You need a set of dumbbells to get the most out of resistance days, but you can easily DIY it with a 5-gallon bucket of water or sand. You might want to consider getting some of the Beachbody B-Line Resistance Bands and maybe even a couple medicine balls of various weights. And don’t forget that all-important yoga or jump mat.

Nutrition is Key

You need to eat right for the exercises to do anything. If you’re doing this program for time reasons, you may want to check out Shakeology and the Beachbody Performance Line of supplements. And take advantage of those meal prep days. Try using the 21 Day Fix and Hammer and Chisel meal portion containers for easier and better dieting during that busy week.
