Do You Need the 10 Rounds Tracking Sheet?
Without challenge, there is no change. Using the 10 Rounds tracking sheet allows you to record your weights and reps so you can monitor your progress as you move through the program. Frankly, if you can finish the last 3 reps of any move, it’s time to move up with your weights!
Important Notes About the 10 Rounds Tracking Sheet
There are actually two 10 Rounds tracking sheets – one for Lift Upper and one for Lift Lower. I just couldn’t fit them both on one page. Dividing them into two pages allowed me to add a measurement tracker. Make sure to enter your “before” measurements prior to starting the 10 Rounds Beachbody workout program.
This is version 1.0 of the document. I made these my first time through the program and I am sure there are some mistakes and revisions will be made as needed. If you spot an error, please do not hesitate to point it out to me.
